HAIR LOSS

CHUTE DES CHEVEUX

There are three main types of hair loss:

1. Androgenetic alopecia (hereditary or hormonal):

- This type of hair loss is the most common and is usually caused by genetics and hormones.

- Causes: genetic predisposition, hormonal changes such as high levels of dihydrotestosterone (DHT).

2. Telogen effluvium (reactive hair loss):

- This type of hair loss occurs when a large number of hairs suddenly go into the telogen phase (resting phase) and then fall out. This usually occurs in response to physical or emotional stress.

- Causes: stress, illness, operation, childbirth, sudden weight loss, nutrient deficiency.

3. Alopecia areata (plaque alopecia):

- This is an autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks the hair follicles, causing hair to fall out in round patches. In severe cases, this can lead to complete hair loss on the head (alopecia totalis) or all over the body (alopecia universalis).

- Causes: autoimmune reactions, genetic predisposition, stress.

To understand what type of hair loss you have, you can take a test by watching this short video.

Whatever the cause of your hair loss , it is always linked to a protein deficiency . We can suffer from protein deficiency in several situations. For example, inflammation of the digestive system organs can lead to poor protein absorption. Stress (acute and chronic) uses proteins to produce the stress hormone cortisol , to the detriment of beauty . Chronic inflammatory processes (even minor ones) also use proteins for the synthesis of immune cells.

Even genetic or hormonal alopecia is an indicator of protein deficiency . Proteins carry metabolites of DHT, the key hormone in accelerating the development of alopecia . If your body has the necessary resources, genetics will not show up. But if your body uses protein for other needs, the genetic predisposition or hormonal imbalance will manifest itself in full force.

Additionally, protein is the main carrier of vitamins and minerals in your body.

Therefore, without a balanced diet and a comprehensive approach , restoration of long-term hair growth is not possible.

An example of this type of diet is available by following this link ⬇️⬇️⬇️.

This diet is designed to promote protein assimilation. In your menu, include one of the best and most easily digestible sources of protein: slow-cooked bone broth (minimum 8 hours). You can prepare it yourself or buy it from the Jarmino company.

Cooking meat for a long time (like stews) increases protein absorption by 40% ⬇️⬇️⬇️.

Recently I got a promo code for my subscribers. You can use it on your first order with the code prodetox15 to get a 15% discount.

You can consume the broths as is by adding a little Himalayan salt , turmeric or another spice of your choice, herbs , a little vinegar and lime juice for better protein absorption . I often use these broths to cook vegetables and meat, or to make sauces.

Diseases such as anemia, thyroid problems and polycystic ovary syndrome have a common origin: protein deficiency.

What, besides a balanced diet, plays a key role in hair restoration?

Deep sleep is a key factor for rapid hair regeneration. Two essential hormones are needed: growth hormone and melatonin. Growth hormone is secreted according to a biological rhythm, mainly from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. during deep sleep. This is why it is advisable to go to bed at 10 p.m. if your hair is in poor condition. Melatonin, for its part, reaches its peak between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m., also during deep sleep.

If you tend to wake up during these hours, you might be interested in my sleep restoration course called “Sleep Disorders” ⬇️⬇️⬇️.

For hair regeneration, the following minerals and vitamins are essential:

1. Zinc
2. Copper
3. Sulfur
4. B group vitamins.

B group vitamins :

Best option :
Use patches with a B vitamin complex to avoid overdose. B group vitamins in classic supplements often have excessively high doses, which overload the elimination organs ⬇️⬇️⬇️.

Patches

- Zinc :
This mineral is essential not only for anemia, but also for digestive problems. It supports stomach acidity and regulates the hormone DHT, which is involved in prostate problems and hair loss. Natural forms of zinc and its best sources are oysters, mussels, liver and beef.

- Copper :
The best sources are liver, cocoa (dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa is the best choice).

- Sulfur :
Here are the products containing significant amounts of sulfur, making them beneficial to include in the diet to maintain optimal sulfur levels in the body:

1. Broccoli
2. Brussels sprouts
3. Asparagus
4 eggs
5. Fish
6. Meat

In the absorption of vitamin B12, a healthy stomach plays a key role. It is the stomach that synthesizes intrinsic factor, a protective covering for B12, so that it can be absorbed in the small intestine, mainly in the ileum, and pass into the blood. If you are interested in the topic of a healthy stomach, you can view the necessary information by following this link ⬇️⬇️⬇️.

In the activation of B vitamins, your microbiota plays a crucial role. This is why the condition of your colon, where your microbiota and beneficial bacteria are synthesized, is so important. In addition to diet, you can add probiotics to your diet. Probiotics from the SuperSmart company are an excellent choice.

My recommendations:
If anemia is confirmed by testing, treat the anemia . You may be interested in my course dedicated to this subject ⬇️⬇️⬇️ .

If hypothyroidism is confirmed by tests, treat the hypothyroidism. You may be interested in my course dedicated to this subject ⬇️⬇️⬇️ .

In addition to diet and dietary supplements, you can use local procedures to speed up the process of restoring hair health:

The market currently offers a wide range of hair products. How to choose the best products to stimulate hair growth? As mentioned in the article above, necessary nutrients for hair include minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and proteins. The best option is to use natural products based on hydrosols, such as rosemary, enriched with essential nutrients.

Then the supplement to the main tonic depends on your personal situation. If you sleep poorly, hair loss can often be linked to a protein deficiency due to loss of resources caused by stress. The synthesis of the stress hormone cortisol consumes a lot of protein, leaving few resources for maintaining hair growth. In this case, I recommend using soothing tonics based on lavender hydrosol and calming plants , and in cases of chronic poor sleep, with the addition of melatonin .

If you have immunity problems and get sick often, your hair loss may be linked to a protein deficiency caused by high immune cell synthesis, where protein is the main material. In this case, it is better to use immunomodulatory tonics based on sage, enriched with plants that strengthen the immune system.

As for antioxidants , they are beneficial for any hair loss and can be used not daily, but two to three times a week. One of the most powerful is the copper tripeptide GHK-Cu.

Choose products based on your specific situation to optimize the health and growth of your hair.

How can we still help hair regrowth? Stimulating brushes and devices are very effective for this: from microneedling pads to stimulating and vibrating brushes. They all act differently, but have the same goal: to restore blood and lymphatic flow . If you want to know more about these devices, you can follow the link provided.
